Due to the increasing volume of sample requests, MEDRUX has unfortunately been forced to change the supply of free samples for ‘new qualified customers’.
We understand the need to evaluate a product before committing to purchase and will do our best to provide samples under the following conditions:
Sample Request Policy
Established Customers :
- For existing customers who conduct business with us, we will gladly fulfill your sample inquiries to the best of our ability. Please feel free to contact us directly anytime at client@medrux.com
New Accounts :
- At this time, we are NOT able to take sample requests over the phone. Samples must be requested via email (client@medrux.com)
- Samples will only be considered for certified businesses. We will not furnish samples for private individuals or for charity organizations that do not conduct business with us. Samples for ‘home businesses’ will be at our discretion.
- Most samples are sent via DHL EXPRESS, FEDEX and UPS. We can ship via any logistic company of your choice, you are required to pay for the shipping or provide the account number of the shipping company to use for your shipping request.
